Ingredients: tomatoes (68%), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mint and wine vinegar (MAY CONTAIN SULPHITES). Nutritional values per 100g of product: Energy (Kcal) 285 | Fat (g) 29.84 of which saturated (g) 4.32 | Carbohydrates (g) 1.75 of which sugars (g) 1.33 | Protein (g) 1.89 | Salt (g) 0.23. Dried tomato pate is ideal for seasoning bread and croutons, or for preparing sophisticated first courses. It is probably the most versatile and indispensable cream in the kitchen.
